How to enter a stand-alone HELOC/HELOAN
This article will explain how to enter a HELOC when originating as a stand alone second.
Please ensure the program for the HELOC is set on the company level in the settings >Programs. System admin user role can accomplish this.. See this link on how to create HELOC programs HELOC
As of 5/3/2026 the LTV & CLTV will be calculated using the Initial Draw Amount in the additional data > HELOC section + Amount in the Other Finance section. HCLTV will be calculated using the Loan amount of the HELOC + Other finance.
The Other finance section is the source of truth for these calculations. Updating the balance in the liabilities will not sync to Other finance section. If you need to make edits please do it directly in the other finance section.
