Unauthorized API Access Prohibition

In light of recent technological advancements, this article addresses the potential for unauthorized use of the API in its system.  An user may be informed or access suspended by LendignPad support and network teams that the access may be in violation of our Terms of Service, Terms of Use or Terms of Support.

Section 2.6 of the LendingPad Terms of Use states that the user agrees not to: ("v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site (or to other computer systems or networks connected to or used together with the Site), whether through password mining or any other means;" LendingPad considers any access or attempt to access LendingPad's application programming interfaces (APIs) through any means other than the authorized LendingPad web application interface a violation of the Terms of Use unless Customer has received explicit written authorization from LendingPad for programmatic API access.

Please consult with your account executive for an API Agreement to be authorized to the API capabilities of the system.
